Product Safety & Reporting Vulnerabilities (PSIRT)
The safety of our products and the protection of our customers are our highest priority. As part of our obligations under the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), we provide a central point of contact for reporting security vulnerabilities and security incidents.
Have you identified a vulnerability or a security incident?
Please report it to us by email. Reports are welcome regardless of any business relationship.

Affected product model, machine number, and software/firmware version
A brief description of the vulnerability or your observation

We will confirm receipt of your report within three working days (upon receipt!), investigate the issue, and get back to you regarding the next steps.
